An exciting start up in Hertzelia Pituach is looking for an office manager for the following:
Manage front desk, including answering phones
Maintain CEO/Management calendar
Responsible for all administrative tasks: mail, office supplies, supermarket orders, couriers, mobile phones
Coordinate Travel – flights and hotels
Purchasing – including price comparison, ordering and tracking
Liason with employment agencies, schedule interviews, track progress with candidates
Full time job, temporary for at least 7 months, with a good chance of staying on permanently.
Organized, good at multitasking, assertive, excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent Hebrew with good English.
