Position Description :
The bookkeeper will be responsible for bookkeeping tasks that are assigned by the Controller of the company, and will also provide administrative assistance to the finance department.

Responsibilities :
· Payments to suppliers
· Travel reports
· Employees expense reports
· Preparation of the company’s headcount report
· Keeping organized databases of employment and compensation-related issues
· Engagement with payroll agencies in Europe in connection with employees’ salary slips
· Reviewing expenses reports submitted by employees in Europe
Requirements :
· Previous relevant administrative experience in hi-tech companies
· Experience in bookkeeping and a minimum of graduate courses 2 and 3
· Experience in Microsoft Excel
· Experience working with Oracle
· Fluent English (business communications)
