Position: Recruiter
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to work in our HR department as a full time Recruiter. The candidate must be able to recruit at a high volume, as he/she will be responsible for recruiting for several departments.
Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to):
* Screen and handle as appropriate a heavy volume of calls, resumes and correspondence
* Phone screen applicants and check references as required
* Conduct HR in person Interviews
* Attend Job Fairs
* Prepare offer letters, regret letters, acknowledgment letters
* Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports (open positions, new hires, etc.)
* Coordinate internal and external job postings
* Conduct candidate searches on the various employment websites
* Research new ways of bringing in applicants
* Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, faxing, filing, and copying
* Maintain the candidate and employee databases and other files
* Take accurate messages, relay messages promptly
* Perform other functions as required.
Qualifications:
* Must be eligible to work in Israel.
* Prior experience in HR specializing in recruitment and training
* Must have 1+ years of experience working in the recruitment field
* Bachelor's degree in a related area
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Internet
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
* Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to multi task
* Must be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision
* Able to maintain confidentiality
* English at mother tongue level (written and verbal). Fluent Hebrew.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week plus additional hours as needed.
Location: Har Hotzvim.
