Ness Technologies, a leading global provider of information technology solutions and services, and Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, have partnered to establish an Israel Development and Engineering Center ("IDEC"). Ness will be providing the technology development and engineering services to support the Israel Development and Engineering Center in this 5-year, $75 million contract. The Israeli Ministry of Finance will be providing financial incentives and will help offset some of the costs of this new project.
