JOB SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate,coordinate and execute Internet Sales consistent with

GreenSQL's overall business strategy and plans

1) Respond to and manage new leads from GreenSQL website

2) Manage communication process with potential customers and small
webhosting resellers

3) Collaborate with GreenSQL technical team

4) Conduct GreenSQL general overview on-line presentations

5) Prospect for new leads

6) Generate lists of potential new customers

7) Activity target:

· Close on-line deals

· Recruit small hosting companies as GreenSQL resellersto
build pipeline

· Generate on-site meetings for GreenSQLlocal teams

· Generate on-line meetings forinternal sales and technical
team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications

* 2-4 years Internet sales experience
* Track record of on-line sales
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
* Experience in on-line sales of IT Security products to end
users and web hosting companies

Requirements

* Experience in internet sales operations
* Product knowledge, not initially required
* On-line marketing background
* High-tech/IT background (IT security an advantage)

operationsconsistent with overall GreenSQL's business strategy and plans

Job Title: Business Development Manager, OEM Channel
Location: Tel Aviv

JobDescription: Summary of Responsibilities: This key managementposition
will report directly to the CEO , and will be responsible forstrategic
business development and execution and for developing and executing
salesplans targeted at the domestic OEM market, to ensure that bookings,
backlog andbusiness growth objectives are met or exceeded.

Essentialduties and responsibilities include:

· Develop and maintain a high degreeof market expertise,
including knowledge of market dynamics, selling/buyingcycles, customer
profiles and competition in the domestic OEM market for
securityproducts.

· Identify channel partnercandidates. Evaluate, select and
engage with target partners.

· Develop, refine and executebusiness development and sales
strategies and plans to expand channel partnercoverage.

· In support of defined/targeted OEMmarket strategies,
identify and target specific end-user opportunities, andengage in direct
selling activities from prospecting through post-close followup.

· Attain strong knowledge andpractical proficiency on the
operation, uses applications and unique valuepropositions of security
products, sufficient to offer partner/customertraining and value-based
product demonstrations as proof of capability

· Constantly monitor all aspects ofmarket demand in the
assigned market area, to identify and target salesopportunities at the
earliest opportunity, and gather competitive salesintelligence to ensure
new customer capture.

· Working with both customers,partners and internal staff,
take a leadership role in driving next generationproduct requirements,
including inputs on price/performance, requiredinterfaces and essential
market timing.
