Job Description:
·        Lead the Sales team efforts to achieve sale goals
·        Manage, train and support a professional Sales team
·        Create and manage the sales cycle and pipe line
·        Define work procedures and sales process

Requirements and
Qualifications:
·        At least 1 year
of Sales experience in Online advertising Sales or online marketing
* At least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team
* Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
* Strong management skills
* Business orientation
* High level of English, other languages are an advantage
* BA Degree (Business management / Economics - an advantage).
* Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
* Proactive and goal-oriented

strive in a high activity, high transaction environment
