Tech Support Specialist

Tech Support  Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support via
phone, email, and web. This is a hands-on position that interfaces with
customers, internal sales and client relations business units as well as
R&D. The position is responsible for problem analysis, documentation,
resolution and escalation involving company supported products.
Requirements &
Qualifications:
·        Basic HTML knowledge
·        Familiarity of databases (MySQL)
·        Knowledge of Web functionality such as: content,
banners, advertisement implementation at the site, cooperating with the site
owners - an advantage
·        High level of English– a must (spoken, written). Other
languages are an advantage (Spanish, French)
·        2 years of previous experience in web applications
technical support – an advantage
·        Excellent Human Skills – service oriented, cooperative
·        Team Player- proven ability of working with in a
dynamic startup environment.
·        Ability to work under uncertainty and constant pressure
·        Ability to understand the big picture and the business
aspects.
·        Drive for results and goal delivery
·        Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a
serious work ethic
