The local office of a 23-year old multi-national financial services organization is looking for an organized part time Personal Assistant to a senior staff member.
Position will start at 15-25 hours a week and could grow.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Mother tongue English
- Strong Hebrew speaking skills
- English typing skills
- Computer skills (Word, Excel and ability to master new/internal computer systems)
- Internet research skills
- Good telephone manner
- Marketing background (including internet and print)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Outgoing personality
The preferred candidate should have the following qualifications
- Hebrew typing skills
- Writing/Editing skills
