Personal Assistant to CEO

Personal Assistant to CEO / Tel Aviv Office

Kenes international is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Tasks include following up on CEOs tasks and assignments, liaising with external organizations and individuals, arranging meetings, preparing agendas, creating presentations and material for marketing presentations, managing company contracts, coordinating and actively advising on CEO's meetings schedule, as well as coordination and preparation for the CEO visitors (hotels, meetings, transports, etc.)
Requirements:

A minimum of five years of experience at a senior assistant level within an international company.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint).
Experience of working within an international organization Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew , both verbal and written Additional languages such as French, Spanish- Desirable Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Flexibility of work hours when necessary.
