The UX Director will act as an intermediary between the management, designers and developers to ensure that our site is polished, friendly and usable. The position requires prioritizing projects to offer the greatest benefit to our users within a rapid development cycle.

Required Skills/Qualifications
Strong design sensibilities and attention to detail required.
Familiarity with current trends in UX with an understanding to different platforms (phone/tablet) and demographics.
Several years experience working in a UX design-focused role - preferably in a leadership capacity.
