junior helpdesk technician

Ramat Gan based hi-tech company looking for junior helpdesk technician

Responsibilities: Providing technical assistance to employees both remotely and on-site in terms of PC SW/HW based technical issues, networking, Active Directory and MS Exchange management.

Skills:
- Excellent English (both speaking and writing)
- Self learning capabilities
- Good understanding of networks, protocols and internet technologies (Routing, NAT, DNS, HTTP, FTP, Advanced TCP/IP)
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating system
- Technical troubleshooting ability
- MCSE and/or CCNA qualification - an advantage
