Job Description:
· Plan, produce, edit and maintain operational and training documentation in
various media outputs
· Produce and maintain a customer-oriented online help system
· Produce and edit a wide range of company documents (user guides, release
notes, installation guides, APIs)
Job requirements:
§ At least 5 years experience as a technical writer for an enterprise
software product
§ Experience with all phases of the documentation lifecycle, from draft to
finished product
§ Ability to document complex processes in easy to understand terms
§ Excellent knowledge of RoboHelp8
§ English mother tongue - mandatory
§ Working knowledge of Hebrew
§ Academic degree
§ Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
§ Independent working capability, excellent interpersonal skills, detail
oriented
