SW Embedded Manager - ISRAEL
Our client, well known high tech company in Israel, is looking to fill the position of SW Embedded Manager. This position requires living & working in Israel so if you are planning to move to Israel in the near future and have the right skills & experience this position can be great opportunity for you!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Principal accountabilities
* Department manager (AVP)
* Manage 4-6 embedded groups (about 80 people + LCG) from different technologies: Voice, GPON, DSL & networking
* Part of R&D management
* Report to Head of R&D (VP)
Qualifications
Education:
* University graduate in Computers science. MBA - advantage
* Professional experience:
* Management of at least 60 people (RT group)
* At least 5 year experience in senior management (of SW embedded group)
* LCG experience - mandatory
* Networking experience - mandatory
* Knowledge with Access systems - mandatory
Special skills:
* Leader
* Very good managerial skills
* Abilities to make and lead changes
* Technical leader
* Very good human interface and personal skills
Language skills:
* Hebrew & English - fluent
