*Job Description**
*mySupermarket, a hi-tech company based in Lod, is seeking a part-time,
highly motivated Bookkeeper/Payroll controller to join its finance team. The
position reports directly to the Controller. She or he will be responsible
for all aspects of bookkeeping and salaries including: data entry, accounts
receivable, accounts payable, submissions to government agencies (Bituach
Leumi/ Mas Hachnasah/ VAT/ etc) and salary preparation (data collection,
calculations). In addition, she or he will be responsible for preparation
and transfer of materials to our UK and US accountants and review of
materials received from them.

*Job Requirements*

· Preparation of trial balance (הגשה מאזן וחומר לרו"ח)

· Experienced in use of Hashavshevet Windows using two currencies,
and Shiklulit.

· Excellent skills with Excel

· Certification as a payroll controller (חשב שכר) .

· Fluent Hebrew

· Very high level English (mother-tongue level preferred)

*Personality** *

· Independent, ראש גדול, responsible

· VERY detail oriented and VERY organized.

We will not be able to offer a position to anyone who is not both 1) an
experienced payroll controller and 2) an experienced Israeli bookkeeper. As
