Job Opportunity: Computer Technician
➢ Must be fluent in speaking and writing Hebrew
➢ English mother tongue
➢ Must have Minimum 2 Yrs. experience with computer Hardware and Software troubleshooting to include XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Microsoft office to include Office 2010 ➢ Able to reformat any non Mac laptop or desktop
➢ Ability to confidently export and import all types of data
➢ Experience in remote support troubleshooting and repair via technologies like Team Viewer and Remote desktop etc.
➢ Proven experience with hardwire and wireless networks, VOIP.
➢ Must have excellent customer service skills
➢ Must be a team player and good communication skills
➢ Must be organized and composed under stressful and multitasking situations
➢ Mac, Linux and Server experience a plus
➢ Any Microsoft Certified degrees a plus
Work week: approximately 40 - 45 hours
Located in the Givat Sharret neighborhood of Beit Shemesh
