101 - Product Manager
* Experience managing a team of up to 10
* Experience in enterprise software environments
* Experience working with remote teams (US)

102 - Presentation Layer Software Engineers
* At least 3 years of Microsoft web technologies expertise
* Full lifecycle application development ideally using SCRUM/AGILE
* Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages
* Silverlight 4.0, C#, .Net, OOP, Prism, Silverlight toolkit, Telerik RAD controls, Silverlight unit testing, Subversion

103 - Enterprise Software Engineers, Business logic
* Creating frameworks and orchestrating WCF services to provide the required functionality to Presentation layer
* Designing database storage, integrate ORM components such as Hibernate and create unit test cases for your code.
* Strong OO background and implemented similar services as XML Webservices, WCF, REST or similar
* Deep understanding of Internet/Web functionality
* Full lifecycle application development ideally using SCRUM/AGILE
* WCF/Web Services, C#, .Net, nHibernate, OOP, Multi-threading, SQL Server / RDBMS, programmatic Security in .Net framework, ADO.Net

104 - QA Engineers
* Familiar with SCRUM/AGILE environment
* Experience in a software testing environment
* Ability to write test plans
* Experience with testing web based applications
