American English Speaking Customer Service Representatives

Looking for American English Speaking Customer Service Representatives.
Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients,
Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes,
Provides customer additional information or explains services,
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction,
Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the
public,
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required,
Accurately captures customer information,

Customer Service Job Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Strong writing skills,
- Minimum 1 year prior experience preferred
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalency
- High level English reading and writing required
- Other languages a plus,

Other requirements:
*Minimum 2 references required from former business associates only.
*Must be a team player.
*Work from home, must have quiet home office with no background noise.
*Pay is above minimum wage.
Hours are 3.45pm - 11.45pm.
Full time answering phones, chat and emails.
