We are searching for a dynamic person to fill the position of Administrative Assistant.
Job Description:
.        Responsibility for office tasks, supplies and equipment
.        arranging travel abroad and preparing travel files
.        setting-up meetings
.        dealing with various local suppliers
.        Employee attendance and time records information
.        Employee travel records
work hours - 9:00- 17:00 with an ability for overtime
Requirements:
.        Fluent in Hebrew and English
.        5 years experience in office administration
.        Capable of working under pressure
.        Good interpersonal skills
