US Customer Support Representative
Job Description for part-time position


Are you great with customers? We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide first class, frontline service support to our US customers. If you’re a team player with a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
Skills
• Strong customer service work experience
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Must be a proactive individual with a "can do" attitude to provide first class customer service experience
Qualifications
• College Degree, preferably in business administration
• Understanding of customer support processes and procedures, including communicating effectively with customers
• 3 years experience in customer service or sales or other human service field
• Preferable experience working with: technical products , OEM electronics and SW, healthcare devices
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good listening skills
