Customer Service Manager for a Bank in Tel Aviv
Requirements: 
Must have experience from one or more of the following tasks:
Process and record routine transactions in a bank environment such as,
cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments
and foreign trade. 
OTHER 
* 1-3 years management experience 
* Researching, analyzing and trouble-shooting customer issues. 
* Providing feedback from customer communications to Marketing, Sales
Marketing and R&D. 
* MT English and fluent Hebrew 
Ability to work shift hours
