Candidate Requirements
Job Function Multi-faceted lead accounting role in Isreal office of growing US-based technology company, from oversight of purchase ledger & cash book through preparation of monthly and annual accounts. Preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance reporting. Interaction with senior management in local offices and US Corporate head office.
Supervision of
annual audit and other compliance.
Skills/Experience CPA, Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA. BA or MA degree in Accounting or Business. Five to seven years experience in Accounting, across a variety of functions (purchase ledger, nominal ledger, management accounts).
Preparation of statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, variance reports and
project analysis.
Responsibilities Strong fundamental accounting knowledge (Israel and US GAAP), multi-tasking and attention to detail. Experience with system conversions, and
Oracle, SAP or similar ERP systems a plus.
Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business with emphasis on Accounting required.
