Knowledge Base Manager, Tel Aviv

Position Description


The Knowledge Base manager will lead all activity related to knowledge management (KM) and development including Content Development, Systems Infrastructure and Enhancement Requests. The KB manager will develop the strategy for monitoring and improving customer success and satisfaction with the RadwareAlteon Knowledge Base tool and related systems, as well as employee success and satisfaction in content creation.

Requirements

4+ years experience in the Network Systems industry with substantive background in both Technical Customer Support and knowledge management.
Experience in developing an online customer centered knowledge base.
Solid English writing and grammar skills (Mother tongue level)
Excellent English Communications skills.
An excellent communicator including written, verbal and presentation skills; with emphasis on attention to details.
Proven creativity and professionalism
Excellent command of Knowledge Management techniques and practices
Strong sense of process and the ability to innovate on process tools and conventions
Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams
