Personal Assistant - BS Position

The local office of a 23-year old multi-national financial services organization is looking for an organized part time Personal Assistant to a senior staff member.

Position will start at 15-25 hours a week and could grow.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
  • Mother tongue English
  • Strong Hebrew speaking skills
  • English typing skills
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel and ability to master new/internal computer systems)
  • Internet research skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Marketing background (including internet and print)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Outgoing personality

The preferred candidate should have the following qualifications

  • Hebrew typing skills
  • Writing/Editing skills
