Sales Engineer, EE and Africa - New
Position Description

The Sales engineer will increase sales performance and thus business results through working with sales managers, channel partners, integrators and end users to drive sales
Responsibilities:
·        Provide pre-sales technical support and demonstrations, network designs and support
·        Assist customers with customization and troubleshooting of both hardware and software
·        Deliver technical product training and skill transfer to channel partners, integrators and end users
·        Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of intelligent application switching issues and trends as they relate to Radware products
·        Provide excellent customer service in region
          Requirements:
·        5+ years of experience in network security, development, pre-sales engineering, or real world use of database and/or web application solutions
·        Preferably with 3+ of these as a sales engineer
·        Possess a solid understanding of web applications, database, security, and auditing environments
·        Demonstrated proficiency at system integration
·        Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancers, proxies and firewalls
·        Knowledge of compliance standards (PCI, SOX, HIPAA) -an advantage
·        Good presentation, speaking and negotiation skills
·        Excellent Customer Service orientation
·        BS in engineering, computer sciences or equivalent
