ExperTeam www.experteam.co.il is looking for a project manager to manage
the knowledge platform.
The position is a full time position for a company in Ra'anana.
The Project Manager will manage the Knowledge Platform from a content,
business processes, and technology perspective (LMS Moodle and
Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage the development of the Knowledge Platform.
* Identify and develop mitigation/contingency plans and manage risks
* Work closely with various groups to define business processes and
performance KPIs
* Work with subcontracting teams and be responsible for technical
guidance and design reviews
* Manage Reporting and Analysis on usage and efficiency of Customer
Center, training material
Job Requirements
* At Least 4 years of Technical and Business experience in the Knowledge
Management area
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related
field
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and technical skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience in LMS Moodle and Salesforce implementation
* General understanding web apps experience in web site technology,
management, content management is important.
