Israeli subsidiary of US-based outsourcing company seeks a technical support associate to join our International tech team and provide technical assistance to our Israel facility.
Requirements:
• Highly service oriented
• High level of English and Hebrew
• Good knowledge of Microsoft and 3rd party software installation
• Good knowledge of Troubleshooting steps
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS etc.)
• Good communication skills with non-technical and technical people
• Detailed knowledge of MS applications (Visio, Outlook, Excel etc.)
• BS, in computer engineering/computer science a plus
• Experience with Support Desk tools/Technical Support a plus
• Must be legally eligible to work in Israel
