Customer Support Specialist Full Time Position

Pageonce, a fast growing mobile software company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a proficient customer service team that supports over 4 million users worldwide.

Hours: Full-time salaried position

Location: Kfar-Saba

Duties
• Championing customers and ensuring that support requests are handled with expertise, kindness and skill
• Handling support requests via email
• Communicating with Pageonce customers via facebook, twitter, forums, etc.
• Escalating issues to the development team as needed
Qualifications
• Mother tongue English
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Written skills to communicate technical information clearly and in "layman's terms" while being both professional, kind, friendly, and encouraging
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, i.e. conversing timely over email and/or IM is essential
• Ability to work well independently and productively on a small team
• Experience in customer service and support - advantage
• Knowledge of Smartphone platforms (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, etc.) – advantage
• Knowledge of American and Canadian personal finance websites (online banking, utilities, billers, etc.) – advantage
