Product Manager

Responsibilities
The product manager will be responsible for the success of RSA’s authentication and fraud protection product. He/she will work closely with R&D, sales, customers and other parts of the company to collect customer needs, market inputs, and other product requirements. He/she will then consolidate these requirements into a product roadmap while prioritizing the various requirements and balancing them with R&D resources and customer deployment needs. The product manager will then follow up with a detailed product requirements document to be implemented by the R&D department.
Requirements
A successful product manager will possess the following capabilities:
* A strong understanding of market dynamics and drivers
* Strong understanding of the business aspects related to the product line
* Previous experience as a system architect/engineer in a software company, preferably in an internet application environment
* At lease 1 year product management experience in a software company
* At least 2 years experience working with international customers
* Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
* Strong inter-personal skills
* Excellent English – both verbal and writing
* Effective presentation skills
* B.SC in Computer Science or equivalent; MBA an advantageRSA - The Security Divison of EMC; Herzliya
