Installation Project Manager - Bet Shemesh

The Renewable Energy Division delivers solutions for exploiting these by focusing on business in the growth markets of solar energy, biomass and geothermics. To delegate you to Beit Shemesh, Israel, we are looking for you as an Installation Project Manager (m/f). In this position you are responsible for ensuring that the proper tools, procedures and methods are made available for all customer projects.

Your tasks:

- Technical managing of key site assembly personnel and sub suppliers working on all customer projects
- Inform the project manager (PM) and planner of the proper manning and responsible for getting the right tools and equipment on sites
- Continuously interface with all customer projects to enable feedback of installation issues and lead the resolution of problems that are affecting the installation
- Work closely with global planning to effectively utilize existing equipment or for capacity planning equipment transfer to other sites
- Ensure that assembly training programs are in place and carried out per the specific need
- Discharge the technical responsibility for the installation in relation to existing manuals and work instructions
- Communicate tool changes, method improvements updated instructions and revised procedures to all sites
- Keep informed of the QA system and the procedures related to the position and to work in accordance with the requirements defined in the QA system
- Keep informed of the Siemens Process House and the procedures related to the position and to work in accordance with the requirements defined in the Siemens Process House
- Keep informed of the health, safety and environmental procedures relevant to the position including following safety procedures, waste sorting and handling of chemicals in the work area
- React on observed nonconformities to the written procedures and to contribute to the improvement of health, safety and the environment
- Together with the Technical manager determine the best known and cost efficient method of SF erection
- Develop an open door policy for all site technical queries pertaining to erection and assembly tools

Your profile:

- University degree in engineering or business administration

- Technical understanding of the product
- English business fluent
- Hebrew welcome

- Experience in the construction of mechanical systems, metal frames and sub assemblies necessary
- Experience in managing simultaneous assignments and problems at any one time needed
- Intercultural experiences welcome
