ClickTale is hiring a Technical Support Team Member to join the Customer Relations team and personally assist customers with the installation and customization of the ClickTale Web Analytics solution and troubleshoot any issues customers might encounter.


ClickTale is a profitable, venture-backed company that is growing quickly with over 45,000 customers. The ClickTale web analytics service tracks visitors’ every mouse move, click and scroll, creating playable videos of their entire browsing sessions as well as powerful visual heatmaps and behavioral reports enabling businesses to optimize website performance, improve usability and dramatically increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer support inquiries from small-medium business customers and implement integration of the ClickTale solution.
• Communicate with customers via email, live chat and telephone.
• Analyze and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
• Work with developers to solve problems and support customized integrations.

Position Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Outstanding customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting overseas customers.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
• Strong knowledge of the web, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.
• Familiarity with Ajax, Json, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> , PHP - a plus.
• Location: Ramat Gan, Israel
