Operations Manager - Israel

MediaMind is looking for an Operations Manager
Job Title : Operations Manager - Israel
Reporting to: Director of Global Operations
Location: Herzliya

Duties include:
1.Responsible for Operations ongoing activity in Israel facility, including: daily support (pantry, couriers, printers, cleaning etc'), leased vehicles, mobile phones.
2.Create processes and policies in relevant fields of activity.
3.Monitor company requirements and ensure that IL office can accommodate them.
4.Budget control.
5.Manage a team that includes one employee and outsourced contractors.
6.Lead and manage global travel activity (internally and vis-à-vis global service provider).
7.Provide Operations support to and monitoring of offices around the world.
8.Vendor relations, to negotiate and setup office accounts for various services.
9.Ongoing communication with various vendors.
10.Support and take part in purchasing activities, both locally and globally.
11.Participate and lead global initiatives within Operations department.
12.Initiate processes and activities to enhance quality of Operations department activity.
13. Provide reports and analysis of activity (both verbal and numeric)
14.Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

*Proactive, Thorough, analytic. Able to set professional standards for the office.
*Problem solver and energetic.
*Good negotiation skills. Experience of at least 2 years in purchasing is an advantage.
*Is not intimidated by handling ongoing maintenance.
*Able to lead processes, from start to finish, with guidance. Experience in project management is an advantage.
*Team player, with service orientation and positive attitude.
*Excellent organizing skills to prioritize task and maintain an organized, professional office.
*Bachelor degree in Law/BA/Economics is an advantage.
*Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
*Excellent Computer software: MS Office etc.
