Telephone Sales People - Variety of Languages - Sharon Region

A company with offices in Netanya & Raanana is seeking telephone sales
representatives that speak a variety of languages. Full time and part time
options are available, including work on weekends.
Languages required include English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Turkish,
Italian, German.

Requirements:

Mother tongue English or other foreign language – required.
Service and sales' orientation
Ambition and drive
Service and or sales' experience - advantage
Availability for shift work
Experience in a computerized working environment.

Work Tracks:

At least five shifts per week, four on weekdays and one at weekends: 8:45 a.m.
to 3:30 p.m. or 3:15 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Student Track: minimum of four shifts per week, three on weekdays and one at
weekends
Mothers' Track: five mornings per week (Mondays to Thursdays) from 8:45 a.m. to
3:00 p.m.
Sabbath Observant Track: four weekday shifts and one on Friday mornings
(permanently)
Full Time Track: representatives working full time – 186 hours per month
(according to the Center's needs) will receive Directors' Insurance after twelve
months.
Weekend Track: representatives working at least three Saturdays per month will
be eligible for 150% wages for each Saturday shift (even after the Sabbath has
gone out).

Pay and Conditions:

During the first five months, wages will be subsidized to no less than NIS 27
per hour.
After eight months, basic hourly wage increases to NIS 23 + commission
Hourly wage – NIS 20.7 (basic) + bonuses (average hourly wage: NIS 30)
Commitment to ten months' work – in case of breach of contract, the proportional
cost of training, NIS 2,000, will have to be repaid.
Six full paid days of training.
For new immigrants who do not know Hebrew, individual training in their spoken
language is available.
